1. Use of Abnomally Power without probably cause outside the barrier in sight of non-abnomallies is considered to be breaking the Abnomallis and is punishable according to the severity of the crime, and the Highlords.

2. Highlords are a council of ten abnomallies that rule over the laws of the Abnomallis.

3. Any use of power to control human society or governing bodies is against the Abnomallis.

4. Any attempt to overthrow the Highlords is against the Abnomallis.

5. Law 1 is taken into special consideration if perpetrateor is invisible.

6. Highlords are allowed to assemble Abnomllies for training for working for the Highlords.
