Caseda Val'rose

Legend 1 - Peace, for nowO-hey Ni was drifting on a stream on his boat. He was scouting out this water passage in order to find a better trade route with the Beaver clan.
With his bull shark spirit, he could sense everything in the water, every last electrical current made by the living things.
He was also spear fishing to help feed him while he was on this journey.

Co co was currently sitting by the side of the river bed. He was taking a break but, was also fishing for a bite to eat.

O-hey than sensed a human in the river.
He looked around and finally saw him.
"My brother, of what tribe are you?"

Ixchillvalle
|
"Ho there young one. I am of no tribe. Not any longer anyways. Currently I am a traveling mystic."

Caseda Val'rose

"Please brother, come on to my raft, I could not call myself a human if I didn't offer one as yourself some food. And tell me, is the beaver tribe near?"
He brought the boat near shore.

"Very well, I will accept your hospitallity brother. As for the beaver tribe I believe I saw them half a days walk down the river from here.

"Good, I am going to open a new trade route with them."
He docked the ship, and brought out three large fish.
"Let's start the fire brother."

"Very well then, allow me." Co then gathered up a few sticks, took out some powder from his skin pack and threw it on the sticks which instantly burst into flames.

"You seem like a great mystic brother, I can not see why a tribe would give you up so easily."
He smiled.
"It would be good to have a companion after all this time."

"What of your tribe? How do they fare?" He began to cook the fish over the fire.

Caseda Val'rose
|
"We do good, but we need more pelts, and the Beaver need fish."
He was setting up a shelter for the night.

"Ah, hence the trade route. Well I'm sure things will go well when we get there. For now good night." Co then took out a ratty old blanket and proceeded to fall asleep instantly.

O-hey decided to stand guard for a bit, he wasn't just tired yet.
He than heard something off in the woods.

Co sturred a bit. "Hmm? What is it?" (ooc: he's a pretty light sleeper)

O-hey strung his bow.
"I don't know."
He listened hard.
"I'm no hunter."

"Hmm………" Co closed his eyes and began to listen to the trees around him.

"Well, get anything?"
He was starting to sound nervous.

"I believe there are……two of them… fairly light of foot……human definitly."

Just than two members of the beaver tribe came out, but there was something wrong.
Their eyes were completely black, and glossy, and they seemed savage.
O-hey held up his bow.
"Brothers, we are friends."
They still kept on coming.

"They are not friends to us." said co as he stood up. "See their eyes? They are clearly possed by something." He takes out his staff. "The best course of action would be to subdue them and find out what's wrong with them."

He put away his bow.
"Agreed."
He grabbed to closest one to him, and attempted to throw him to the ground, but he seemed to have inhuman strength, and throw O-hey to the grounds instead.
"Ugh, these ones aren't as the seem."

"May I suggest a less forcefull tactic." Co took out a small pouch of powder and blew it at the two attackers, who, after a few seconds, fell to the ground unconscious.

"Yeah, but we can't all be mystics brother."
He smiled.
"So, can you save them?"

"I'll need to see what plauge them first. Besides, what do you mean. I would give a good amount to be able to move as you do. Haha."

"Thank you brother, It seems that we may be useful to each other."
He looked at him and smiled.
"Plus, I'm sure my tribe could use another good mystic."

"That would be nice."
After a few moments. "Unfortunately I can't determine the origin or type of illness they've suffered. I've been able to break the bond, but if we want answers we'll have to go to the source."

"First we should got o their tribe, make sure their alright."
He looked at the two men.
"Can you wake them?"

"Unfortunatley the powder's affect's will last a few more hours. The best I could do is use smelling slats but we'd still have to wait for about 15 minutes."

"We shouldn't stay here, what if more come."
He picked them up onto his shoulders, and put them on his boat.
"Let's go with this, keep moving, use the salts once we're on the water, I'll now if something enters then."

"Ok, lets move then" After a bit of time using the smelling slats the two men wake up.
