DOESN'T TAKE PLACE IN AMERICA, just based on Native Americans.
In the land of Junok, people have been living in perfect harmony with nature for eons, too bad they aren't always in perfect harmony with themselves.
You are a member of a tribe.
Titles are.
Pathfinder - You lead the tribe. You are looked up to, and have many people working to help you. You are wise, and fairly strong.
Warrior/Hunter - You fight, and hunt for the tribe. You know where to find animals, and how to bring them, and your enemies down. You are strong and fairly agile.
Scout - You run ahead, or behind, and tell the tribe of your findings. You easily recognize signs of passages. You are agile and fairly intelligent.
Mystic - You look into the spirit realm to guide the tribe. You can use the powers of nature most can't. Your are Intelligent and fairly wise.
Artisan - You do some job that is vital to the tribe. Your capabilities are your own to discover. Your abilities depend on your job (choose one normal and one fairly good one.)
Next, each character has a spirit animal, anything animal you want. But it must be a real animal, and it gives you powers depending on it's type, it also gives you another normal stat (str, int, wis, or ag) (if you alread have that stat, it becomes better, normal->exceptional, and fairly->normal) depending on it's type. ex. bear could give you strength, and make you a good climber.
If you are a Mystic, your powers depend on your animal.
