He is in high school, and has no friends, and is picked on by everyone in school. He silently broods over the day when he will get his revenge.

Other info. Is the reawakening of Tal-Rasha, a powerful ancient abnomally, driven mad by the high lords, so he could be manipulated, and used as an assassin. It is believed that this act is what caused Caseda to leave the high lord council.

Tal-rasha and his brother, Tal-rana, killed each other in battle.
